Janet Wagner
Janet has been lucky enough to call Savannah home since 2004 and started managing property here soon after. A licensed real estate agent, she is interested in architecture and design and understands that as solid as houses may look, they are in a perpetual state of decay. Staying on top of all repairs—big and small—extends the life of your property. She is organized, conscientious and kind. In her spare time she studies Spanish and crochets.
John Giles
John Giles is a licensed real estate broker who obtained his salesperson’s license in June, 1999. The first brokerage firm where he worked was The Condo Store in Atlanta, Georgia, which, at the time, offered a unique concept in real estate marketing. In 2004, John moved to Savanah and joined The Coastal Real Estate Group. Within months of relocating, he obtained his Associate Brokers License. In 2016, John and Janet formed JW Management of Savannah, LLC, with John as Qualifying Broker.
In his spare time, John likes to workout at Orangetheory Fitness and he has developed a passion for golf. One of his greatest accomplishments was guiding a blind friend while they ran the 2022 Boston Marathon together.
